Recently we ran into several issues with certain audios and videos that either did not play or played without sound.
We have fixed all of these audios and videos with the exception of one (noted below).

UPDATED on July 1, 2018: In addition, some of Mike's travel videos had loading issues when playing (due to the large file size since most footage is in 4K). We are continuing to work on a solution for these and future travel videos.

UPDATED on July 2, 2018: the travel videos listed above are working intermittently based on issues with Microsoft. But when the system is working the videos load and play smoothly, so we plan to continue using this platform for travel and other select non-research videos.
