Dividend Gems

Our research publications track record may be examined here

This research publication is meant for investors who focus their investments on dividend-bearing securities. It covers what we feel to be the best risk-reward securities from a variety of industries and sectors primarily listed on the NYSE and AMEX.

Each monthly publication includes our Dividend Gems Recommended List. Each security on the recommended list is tracked monthly and issued a rating based on several factors such as dividend safety, dividend growth, business stability, and other variables.

The recommended list contains more than 40 dividend securities.  Each security has been selected based on a variety of factors.

We also include important data such as S&P 500 sector sales, earnings estimates and actual results, sector PE ratios and many other stats. Finally, we also include several charts illustrating relative performance of various S&P sectors over different time periods.

Our objective is to provide investors with guidance that will assist with active management of these securities. However, we also provide subscribers with select dividend capture strategies and additional investment and trading strategies that can be used to collect income from these investments.

It is important to note that we are not financial advisers and we do not provide financial advice. We issue general recommendations which should be customized based on each individual's investment suitability, skill level and other variables outside of our control.

Finally, we provide an analysis of trading opportunities when we see them for the purpose of maintaining an actively managed portfolio as a way to reduce risk.

Each monthly issue of Dividend Gems is about 60 pages and can be divided into the following sections:

1. Opening Statement: gives an overview of the economy and market.

2.Recommended Securities Ratings Table: a one page overview of each security on the list with ratings for capital appreciation, dividend safety, dividend growth, and an overall rating.

3. S&P 500 Sector Analysis: data from S&P as well as sector performance charts.

4. Detailed Analysis of Recommended Securities: we devote a single page towards providing a detailed analysis of securities in the recommended list. The majority of the securities are included in this section.

5. Brief Guidance Summary Page: this page provides a summary of ratings and brief guidance for each security on the recommended list.

We provide non-professional investors who subscribe to Dividend Gems with up to a 40% discount off on other research reports (Intelligent Investor, Market Forecaster and CCPM Forecaster) as well as selected Special Research Reports and Video Presentations.

Keep in mind that if you subscribe to Dividend Gems, you will have access to research headed by one of the leading investment minds in the world. But at the end of the day, it is up to each subscriber to determine how to best utilize our research.
